Duckbill Gate Holdback
Product Description
Duckbill Holdback is used to hold a swing gate in the open positiono. An 1 5/8" pipe (with post cap), is set in concrete at a 90 degree angle from the gate post. The holdback is bolted onto the 1 5/8" pipe and the weighted bottom of the 'bill' holds the duckbill up to prevent the swing gate to close.
To release, simply lift the 'bill' and allow the gate frame swing clear of the duckbill.
